Shipping & Delivery Information

We are located in Jacksonville, FL. You can place orders over the phone  with a credit card by calling 904 287-2869 or 828 659-1919 or fax 904 287-2869.

 We make every effort to ship an order the next business day after the order is received, unless we are out of the item. 

If we are out of an item it will be shipped as soon as it arrives, normally it takes about two weeks for you to receive a backordered item. We will email you the next business day if an item is backordered.

Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 until 4:00 Eastern Standard Time. We do not ship any orders Saturday or Sunday. When calculating shipping time, be sure you count only business days when estimating your order's arrival time. This is especially necessary if you order a next day shipping on Friday. The order will  not be processed for shipping until Monday and shipping times should be calculated accordingly. We are closed all major holidays. 

We use UPS Ground (United Parcel Service). We ship all packages through UPS. You must use a street address for any UPS deliveries. They do not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Most areas take 6 to 9 days for delivery. Delivery times vary across the country. UPS calculates 6 business days for delivery to CA, OR and WA from Jacksonville.  Orders for delivery within FL usually take one day.

 UPS guarantees NEXT Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day deliveries when you select those shipping methods. Our shopping cart goes to the UPS site and charges the actual shipping charges for shipping. We do not control these fees. If you are looking for a less expensive rate select GROUND. Be sure to calculate shipping days using business days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday). Do not count the weekends. 

International Orders

To estimate delivery rates and  times for countries other than the US select Expedited service.  Sometimes our shopping cart will not calculate an international shipping charge, when that happens your order will shop a "0" in the shipping charge field. When that happens our office calculates the shipping fee using the U.P.S. rates provided online, and notifies you of the rate. The order will not be shipped until you notify us that we have your permission to charge your credit card with that amount.
